When you deliver the goods or services to your customer, you simply send us your paperwork (original invoice and delivery slip/shipping receipt). Once we receive your paperwork, you will receive up to 80% (normal advance rate) of the face amount of the invoice normally within 1-3 hours, not 24 hours like all other factoring companies.

The remaining amount (reserve) is paid to you when the invoice is paid. This is how factoring works for you. Short and Simple!


Factored invoices must be valid, current billings for goods and/or services rendered that have been delivered and accepted. Account debtors must be credit worthy of the line of credit requested.


We qualify all of our applicants on their business references(performance reference). Once we receive your completed application with the necessary paperwork, we immediately start working on it.

After qualifying with us, we will overnight or mail you a contract to be signed and notarized by the necessary people and/or person. When you send back your signed contract, you may send invoices along with it, which we will process immediately.
