Sometimes we get so caught up in the hurried pace of running our businesses that we forget to stop and thank the very people who makes our success possible. I’m stopping today……to say thank you.

Yes, I know you say that’s UCFactors job…..but you guys seem to always go above the call of duty to assist T & K’s to the BEST of your ability. And I truly appreciate it and I don’t take you for granted.

We signed our contract in June 2007, and our fabulous Rep. was Ms. Iris Welch. She is the BEST! Ms. Welch had spoken at several classes and networking functions about UCFactors services and we then set an appointment to be signed up. At the time of signing the contract we had no large invoices to be factored. But I would always hear the term “Don’t wait until it’s too late” to have the services lined up for your business.

And am I glad I didn’t wait…because May of 2009 my client gave me a 2 week notice that they were going to Net 30 billing terms. I would NO longer be able to run their credit card on a weekly basis to pay for our services and pay our employees. This was a HUGE blow to my 2 ½ yr old business cash flow. Our employees are paid on a weekly basis and I didn’t know where to turn at this point. After I calmed down and gathered my thoughts…..I immediately thought of UCFactors services. I got on the phone and called my Rep. Ms. Welch and she immediately got the ball rolling telling me what to do to activate my account!

That week of payroll I had to tell our staff that we were going to have to go to getting paid every 2 weeks due to some billing changes. They were sad….and I was sad for them having to make these last minute changes.
But LORD and behold UCFactors funded my invoices so fast I didn’t have to change my payroll from weekly to every 2 weeks.

So, the BEST advice I can give to another NEW or existing business owner is to please put your factoring resources in place NOW…..so that you don’t have to close your doors or change your payroll as I thought I would have to do.
